噴嘴堵塞
Nozzle blockage
1．先端部不小心與硬物碰撞→噴嘴變形→噴嘴堵塞（不適當?shù)膬如R保養(yǎng)是造成堵塞的主要原因）
1. Tip accidentally collides with hard objects → nozzle deformation → nozzle blockage (improper endoscopic maintenance is the main cause of blockage)
2．使用內鏡后沒有立即清洗→臟物凝固在噴嘴里→噴嘴堵塞
2. The endoscope is not cleaned immediately after use → dirt solidifies in the nozzle → the nozzle is blocked
3．消毒前沒有用洗滌劑徹底洗凈內鏡→消毒液使蛋白質凝固→噴嘴堵塞
3. The endoscope is not thoroughly cleaned with detergent before disinfection → the disinfectant coagulates the protein → the nozzle is blocked
4．擦拭鏡面時方向錯誤→棉紗塞進噴嘴里→噴嘴堵塞
4. The direction is wrong when wiping the mirror → cotton yarn is stuffed into the nozzle → nozzle is blocked
5．噴嘴堵塞后用針挑或將噴嘴自行拆除→噴嘴壞損或導致內部管更易堵塞→噴嘴堵塞
5. After the nozzle is blocked, pick it with a needle or remove it by itself → the nozzle is damaged or the internal pipe is easier to be blocked → the nozzle is blocked
6．清洗消毒時，使用有問題的清洗附件→臟物隨灌洗送到內鏡中→噴嘴堵塞

1．操作內鏡時要小心。

3．內鏡消毒前必須徹底洗凈。

4．擦拭鏡面時應順著噴嘴的方向

5．噴嘴堵塞后切勿用針挑或將噴嘴自行拆除。

1．水瓶接口里的O型環(huán)損壞→水灌到送氣管里→送水、送氣不暢和導致送水/氣按鈕漏水

2．水瓶蓋里的O型環(huán)損壞/遺失/變形/安裝不宜→氣體從水瓶漏出→不能送水、送氣
